Disclaimer: What This Site Is and Isn't

Last updated: October 2026

This disclaimer covers everything on sixthhighlights.garden. Read it before you rely on anything here. It is a general template, not legal advice.

We Refer, We Don't Coat

Sixthhighlights Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent providers of epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coatings. We do not grind, patch, coat or seal floors. Any work at your home is done by an independent provider, never by Sixthhighlights Floor Coating.

A Referral Is Not a Recommendation

Being referred to a provider does not mean we endorse it. We make no promise about the quality, timing, price, look or lifespan of any provider's work. We also cannot say a provider will have room in its schedule for your job. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, warranties and behavior.

Just General Information

What you read here is general information. It is not professional, engineering, legal or financial advice. Every slab is different. Moisture, cracks, old coatings and weather can all change what a floor needs. Talk to a qualified provider about your own floor.

About Prices

Any prices on this site are typical U.S. ranges, not quotes. Your actual price depends on floor size, condition, the prep needed and the system you pick. Get a written estimate from the provider before any work starts.

How Coatings Perform

How a coating holds up depends on prep, the product chosen, how it is applied and how the floor is used. Statements here about things like stain or UV resistance are general and differ by product. Ask the provider about the exact products and warranty for your job.

Stay Safe

Floor coating work creates grinding dust and involves chemical products. Follow the provider's directions on keeping out of the work area, airing out the space and waiting for cure times.

How Sixthhighlights Floor Coating Gets Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Sixthhighlights Floor Coating when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure explains this in more detail.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site correct and up to date. We cannot promise it is complete or error-proof.
