How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who reach out to Sixthhighlights Floor Coating should be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You can write to us about:
- How a call or message with Sixthhighlights Floor Coating went
- How your personal data was used or protected
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- How a provider we referred you to behaved
If a Provider Let You Down
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start by raising it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Sixthhighlights Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Send One
Email contact@sixthhighlights.garden and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
What Happens Next
We will confirm we got your message by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include speaking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
Still Not Settled?
If our reply does not resolve things, write back and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state attorney general, a consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
